We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. Infringing upon the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any party is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any Content that we believe, in our sole judgment, violates these rights, and we may terminate access to the Website for users who submit such Content.

Policy on Repeat Infringement

In accordance with our repeat infringement policy, any user whose material generates three valid and substantiated complaints within a consecutive six-month period will have their access to the Website permanently terminated.

Although we do not operate under United States jurisdiction, we voluntarily comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any notification that does not pertain to us or fails to satisfy legal requirements will not be addressed. A proper notification of alleged infringement must be a written statement sent to our agent containing substantially the following:

Counter-Notification

If your submitted content or a search result linking to your website has been removed following a copyright infringement notification, you may file a counter-notification. This must be submitted as a written communication to our designated agent and must substantially contain:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared prior to removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and consent to the jurisdiction of courts at the address you provide; and
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement claim or their representative.
